Highlights
“Finca Alta Gracia is Natalia Lezama Ramirez's 1.5-hectare farm in the Acevedo region of Huila, Colombia, situated on the border of the Amazon rainforest. This Gesha undergoes 60-hour fermentation followed by 15 days of drying in parabolic dryers. The region's unique geography between the Central and Eastern ranges of the Andes creates ideal coffee growing conditions.”
