“Piatã sits close to the Chapada Diamantina range in Brazil's Bahia, and Silvio Leite's coffees from there are among the most celebrated in the country. This dry-processed lot placed second across a set of his auction coffees from the 2022 harvest. Passenger has kept it in freezer preservation since it landed in early 2023 and is now releasing the very last of it as an archival Reserve Lot. Expect floral honey and orange peel on the nose, then red grape, black cherry and creamy cocoa in the cup.”
