“Altstad Liaison is Paso Paso's espresso blend made for K14 kaffeewerk: half Santa Teresa de Mogoton in Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua and half Bette Buna's Tefari Kela lot from Sidamo, Ethiopia, roasted dark to the espresso end of the roastery's scale. The cup runs to caramel, black tea, plum and a winey, semi-dry finish, and the two components score 85 and 87 SCA. Sold as 250 g bags, with a 5 kg bucket for wholesale.”
