“Most PNG coffee comes from smallholder 'coffee gardens' rather than estates, and the Kunjin lot is no exception: producers in the Western Highlands hand-pick ripe cherries and deliver them to central washing stations. High elevation slows maturation for sweetness and a clean acidity. Mostly Arusha, Bourbon and Typica.”
