“Arbar is the micromill of Carlos Arrieta and Maria Barboza in Lourdes de Naranjo, in Costa Rica's Western Valley; OZONE has bought from the family since 2013. The lot is the San Roque Kenya varietal, grown at 1,600 m and depulped with the mucilage left clinging to the bean, then turned regularly on raised beds to dry slowly without over-fermenting. OZONE's cupping scored it 87.5 out of 100.”
