“A blend coffee inspired by the beautiful, radiant scene of a full moon. It begins with fresh raspberry, then leads into a lingering, floral, perfume-like finish of fig, balsamic vinegar, rosé wine, orange blossom and blooming roses. The key element that defines the blend is Colombia Negrita Typica Mejorado Natural, crossed with two further lots - Colombia Sigilo Ombligon Natural (a competition lot) and Guatemala El Injerto Pandora Red Pacamara Washed - to draw out a pop, colourful and refined new expression from the roaster.”
