Compared to other whiskey-barrel-aged coffees, it features a surprising clarity and a beautifully smooth, drinkable balance from the 2026 crop. The S15 variety from Vietnam was washed then aged in whiskey barrels. Best enjoyed alongside ice cream or rich cream pastries.”
