Pink Bourbon is known for its consistent cup quality and sweet, well-defined profile, first noticed in the San Adolfo community of Acevedo by the distinctive pink color of ripe cherries. Each producer hand-picks ripe cherries and adapts processing to their farm conditions. Q-Graded at 86.5 points. Medium roast developed on a Loring Smart Roaster, profiled for filter brewing.”
