Highlights
“Dume is a processing station in Murago Village, Bensa, Sidama, operated by Tamiru Tadesse of Alo Coffee. The name means 'red' in the local language, a nod to the iron-rich soil the station sits on. Fruit from surrounding smallholders is dried in the natural style at 2,400-2,500 masl, and the 74110 selection keeps the cup vivid and sweet; One Half rates Dume among its favourite stations this season.”
