“Bombe is a washing station in Bensa, Sidama. Heirloom selections from the surrounding smallholders are fully washed at 1,900 masl, then dried on raised beds. The cup runs floral and silky — coffee blossom, lychee and white peach over melon and orange — with an oolong-tea texture that keeps the acidity soft. One Half roasted it for filter.”
