“Lyenga comes from the highlands of Mbozi in southern Tanzania's Songwe region, where 292 smallholder producers work through the Iyenga cooperative. Ripe cherries are hand-picked, fully washed and slowly dried on raised tables. Bourbon, Kent and N39 varieties grown at 1600-1671 masl give a clean, balanced cup with vibrant fruit and deep caramel sweetness.”
