“Rosalba Cifuentes started Mayan Harvest in 2017 in Bella Vista, Chiapas, so the women producers of her community could sell specialty coffee directly instead of through middlemen. The group now owns its coffee from planting through export. Bourbon, Caturra and Catimor, fully washed and sun dried, roasted medium: milk chocolate, molasses, lime and plum with balanced acidity and a syrupy body.”
