“Old Soul buys this Honduran lot through Catracha Coffee, the Santa Elena project Mayra Orellana-Powell founded in 2010, and has worked directly with Mario Vasquez for a decade. He farms in Santa Elena, La Paz, and has grown his exportable output to 40 bags of 86–88 point coffee. Fully washed and dried on new raised solar beds, roasted medium: caramel, vanilla and stone fruit in both aroma and cup.”
