“A rare reserve lot from the Demeka Becha station in Bona Zuria, Sidama, owned by Ayele Tulu and managed by his son Tsegab; this 132 lb lot is Ayele's pride and joy. Cherries are hand sorted and floated, pulped with a thin layer of mucilage left on, then fermented and dried on shaded beds. Roasted medium: floral aroma with chocolate and navel orange that turns to citrus, nut and brown sugar in the cup.”
