The lot is composed of mixed varietals including SL28, SL34, and Yellow Bourbon, all hand-picked at peak ripeness and processed using traditional washed methods. Graded as Excelso — Colombia's standard specialty grade — the beans are carefully sorted for uniformity and quality.
