“Pequenas Fincas — 'Small Farms' in Spanish — is a celebration of the dedicated micro-producers across Colombia's Huila region. Grown between 1250 and 2150 meters above sea level, these beans come from small family operations that supply to local cooperatives and mills. The lot is composed of mixed varietals including SL28, SL34, and Yellow Bourbon, all hand-picked at peak ripeness and processed using traditional washed methods. Graded as Excelso — Colombia's standard specialty grade — the beans are carefully sorted for uniformity and quality. Offshoot Coffee's selection showcases the diversity and craftsmanship of Huila's smallholder farmers, delivering a clean, expressive cup that highlights the region's potential for producing world-class specialty coffee.”
