“Produced by Fabio Jr Caballero at La Salvaje in the mountains of Santa Ana, Honduras. This washed Geisha achieved 1st Place at the 2025 Honduras Cup of Excellence — the farm's first full commercial harvest. The farm sits at 1800 masl surrounded by dense native forest. Only fully ripe cherries are selectively harvested, depulped, lightly fermented, washed, and dried slowly in traditional Guardiolas at 40-50°C for 60-70 hours.”
