Highlights
“Bridazul works closely with smallholder producers across Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua, providing agronomy support, fair pricing and access to shared processing facilities at El Árbol mill. This lot was sourced from 125 producers in the Mbilima hills, where coffee thrives under shade trees like Grevillea and Umbrella Tree. Only fully ripe cherries are handpicked, then pulped the same day. Using the supernatural process, a short controlled fermentation combines with slow drying on raised beds. This method enhances sweetness and fruit intensity while maintaining balance and clarity. The result is a rich and indulgent espresso, opening with deep purple grape and plum jam notes, followed by a smooth and chocolatey Black Forest finish.”
