“Kirunga is a Red Bourbon lot from 29 farmers in Mbare, Nyamasheke District, grown at 1,800 metres under lead farmer Egide Vuguzigire and delivered to Rwamatamu Coffee's Mbare washing station, run by Rutaganda Gaston and Mukantwaza Laeticia. Cherries from the March 2026 harvest were sun-dried on beds for 24 hours, heaped under shade nets for 48 hours of dry fermentation, then finished over roughly 33 days of drying.”
