“Finca El Puente is one of 35 farms run by Marysabel Caballero and Moisés Herrera in Marcala, Honduras, and Nylon have bought from them every year since their first purchase. Marysabel's family has grown coffee since 1907; Moisés arrived from Guatemala in 1992 and identified Chinacla, just outside Marcala, as prime coffee ground. This lot is the Java selection from the Los Naranjos parcels, sold as a filter coffee. Nylon cup it as mandarin, apricot, rock melon and honey green tea.”
