Highlights
“Los Pirineos sits on the Tecapa volcano in Usulutan, eastern El Salvador, where the Baraona family has grown coffee for five generations and keeps one of the country's largest private variety seed banks. Fifth-generation producer Diego Baraona dried this Geisha as a natural on raised beds for 40-45 days, moving the cherries constantly for slow, even drying. Nylon roasted it for filter at 1,300-1,500 masl, harvest February 2026.”
