“A black honey processed El Salvador Bourbon from producer Diego Baraona, grown at 1,300-1,500 metres in the Tecapa-Chinameca region and harvested February 2026. The sticky, partial-mucilage drying builds syrupy body and deep fruit without the ferment intensity of a full natural. Roasted for espresso, the cup shows dark cherry, black grape, raisin and chocolate.”
