“The Iria-Ini Kiamwangi lot comes from Kiamwangi Factory, one of three washing stations operated by Iria-Ini FCS in Mathira, Nyeri. Hundreds of smallholder farmers deliver cherries on foot or motorcycle. Farms sit at 1,700-1,900m. After sorting, depulping and 36-hour dry fermentation, coffee is washed and sun-dried on raised beds for 14-21 days.”
