“Nueva Esperanza is Reynaldo Luque's farm at 2,250 m in Amaybamba, Cusco, in Peru's southern coffee belt. This is norml's first roast of the lot, a very light test profile that reads tea-like rather than juicy, on washed SL9 with about 30 hours of dry fermentation after depulping and raised-bed drying. A fruitier roast of the same coffee follows.”
