“Mount Totumas is Karin Diedrich's farm in Los Pozos, Panama, planted between 1,800 and 1,900 metres. Lot 2601 is Catuai, fully washed and dried clean so the varietal's softer side shows through. The cup opens on green tea and jasmine with white nectarine underneath; the 2026 harvest arrived through AJ Kim of Kumquat Coffee.”
