“A collaboration with Beta Coffee, the Surry Hills specialty bar by award-winning barista Chris Maybury. The coffee comes from Baru Black Mountain at 1,350–1,500 metres in Chiriquí, Panama, on the edge of La Amistad International Park. Owner Pedro Rodríguez Escribano came from Spain to raise cattle until his future son-in-law convinced him the real opportunity was in coffee. A limited release of 24 boxes, roasted 11th July and available at Beta Coffee.”
