“Patio Bonito Farm is located in northern Cauca, Colombia. It's a family-run farm with a rich history that began with Carlos Arturo Trujillo and is now carried forward by his daughter, Paola Trujillo. After spending many years working as a professional cupper, Paola returned to the farm in 2022 to work alongside her father, who has over 40 years of experience in coffee farming. She is deeply dedicated to coffee processing—especially clean washed and delicate natural methods—and has been experimenting with thermal shock and anaerobic fermentation techniques to enhance flavor and consistency. The farm spans several hectares with around 47,000 coffee trees across 13 varieties.”
