“Edinson Argote is a young producer from Acevedo, Huila, who trained in quality and processing with some of Cauca's most innovative farms before applying that knowledge on his own Quebraditas Coffee Farm. This Gesha lot uses a hybrid washed method: one day of anaerobic fermentation for bright florals, then a cold wash for a clean, refined finish. The result is a white bouquet of florals with delicate tea-like bitterness and a lingering floral aftertaste - the same profile that earned Newbery Street an Honorable Mention at the 2025 Global Coffee Awards.”
