“Six estates across 1,600 acres of Coorg, Karnataka, and a coffee tradition that starts in 1870 - Elkhill pulps, ferments and dries everything on site under fig, rosewood and jackfruit shade. This lot runs SL9 and Chandragiri through 36 hours of anaerobic fermentation before washing and an 18-day slow dry on raised beds. It keeps the clarity of a washed coffee while adding depth: jaggery sweetness, apricot and peach tea, a rich body.”
