Botanical variety Tabi, fully washed, grown at 1,650 masl. Producer Wilmer Cubillos of Finca El Rosal, Acevedo, Huila. A first-generation farmer, Wilmer bought the 10.5-hectare farm in 2006 and has focused on Tabi, the CENICAFE cross of Typica, Bourbon and Timor prized for cup quality plus rust resistance; he keeps investing in fermentation tanks and drying infrastructure.”
