“Nestled in the mountains of Garzón, Huila, Olga Lucia Tocora produces coffees that showcase the remarkable potential of Colombia's finest terroir. La Tormenta #1 is a carefully crafted Pink Bourbon lot, grown at 1,536 metres above sea level. Only perfectly ripe cherries are hand-picked before undergoing a meticulously controlled 48-hour fermentation, then washed and slowly dried on covered raised beds. This exceptional lot was sourced through the renowned Coocentral cooperative and selected by Nordic Approach.”
