Their farm, El Mirador, was inherited from Edinson's father 25 years ago. This month's coffee, El Mirador #1, is a beautifully balanced expression of Edinson's meticulous approach, delivering layers of sweetness with flavours of caramel, milk chocolate, ripe plum, dried fruit, rhubarb, red apple, and a lingering black tea finish.”
