“Anaerobic washed Mejorado from Hacienda La Florida in Ecuador, grown at 1,600 masl by Fabricio and Ramiro Coronel Pilco. The family has focused on coffee since 2015 and collects awards for its production, and Moxie's staff visited the farm last year and found the lots uniformly clean and clear. This one was fermented without oxygen before washing, so it keeps the transparency of a washed coffee while the dragon fruit note lends a smooth sweetness and the baking spices sit against a tea-like body.”
