“This washed lot is the work of Tamiru Tadesse alongside a group of smallholder farmers from the Feficho area near Alo, Bensa. Cherries grown at around 2,400 masl are picked ripe, immediately stripped and washed to promote a very clean profile. It drinks intensely fruit forward and juicy, with the blackberry soft and peach, orange and elderflower accompanying it as the cup cools.”
