“Antonio Medina's dream of owning a coffee farm began long before he planted his first tree. After inheriting land from his father, he planted his first coffee trees in 1991 and slowly built La Colina in Chimaltenango, Antigua, Guatemala. Sitting at 1,700 MASL on clay-rich soil with Inga shade trees, the farm produces Caturra and Bourbon varieties that reflect both the structure of Antigua and the perseverance behind his work.”
