“ReForest is a washed lot of Caturra, Colombia and Castillo grown in Caldas, Colombia and processed at El Vergel Estate: a 24-hour anaerobic pre-fermentation, then depulping, mechanical washing and four days drying in silos, followed by a 30-day rest. It comes through Forest Coffee's Reforest Project, which aims to plant 50,000 native trees across northern Tolima and southern Caldas. Monogram prints chocolate, almond and orange.”
