“ReForest Espresso is the espresso roast of Monogram's washed Caturra, Colombia and Castillo lot from Caldas, Colombia. Ripe cherries undergo a 24-hour anaerobic pre-fermentation at El Vergel Estate before being depulped, mechanically washed and dried in silos over four days, then rested for 30 days. The coffee comes through Forest Coffee's Reforest Project, which aims to plant 50,000 native trees across northern Tolima and southern Caldas. Monogram prints chocolate, almond and orange.”
