“El Vergel Guava Banana is a natural Red and Yellow Caturra grown by Elias and Shady Bayter at El Vergel Estate in Fresno, Tolima, Colombia. Ripe cherries ferment without oxygen for 48-60 hours, then dry in stages on raised beds and in temperature-controlled dryers, followed by a 45-day rest. Wild guava trees shade the coffee, and Banana is a nod to guanabana (soursop). Monogram prints guava, pineapple and chocolate.”
