“Finca Bethania is a 42 hectare farm in Macueliza, Nueva Segovia, established in 1991 and run by Martha and Ana Albir, third-generation coffee growers. The farm sits at 1350-1500 MASL in one of Nicaragua's most celebrated coffee regions. This Java lot was washed and delivered to the Albir sisters' on-site dry mill Cafetos de Segovia, where it was shade-dried on patios for 5 days before finishing in the sun.”
