Ethiopia, Hambela Buku Sayisa, Anaerobic Natural

Highlights

“Sourced through EDN and Falcon Coffees, this natural anaerobic lot comes from Buku Sayisa village in Hambela, Guji, sitting between 2,000 and 2,300 masl. Cherries of the 74114 variety are hand-picked at peak ripeness and sealed in tanks for 5 to 10 days of anaerobic fermentation before being dried on raised beds. The village's coffee tradition is both a cultural pillar and primary income source for the community.”
