Located in Sozoranga, Loja, the farm sits at 1600 masl on a south-facing hillside overlooking the Macará Valley, surrounded by cloud forest. This Sidra lot is hand-picked, oxidized for 24 hours, then sealed in tanks with isolated yeasts for a 72-hour anaerobic fermentation before being dried on raised beds.”
