“This coffee is from Evin Joel Moreno - a young, innovative, inspiring producer from Santa Barbara, Honduras. One of three in the collection of SL28 coffees from Evin - this is processed using the honey method. SL28 is typically found in Kenya, but found its way to Honduras after a buyer brought seeds from Kenya and gifted them to local producers. It is drought-resistant and known for its fruity flavour profiles.”
