“Grown in the high elevations of Arbegona in Sidama, Ethiopia, this coffee comes from one of the country's most celebrated growing regions, where cool temperatures and slow cherry maturation contribute to exceptional clarity, sweetness, and floral complexity. The lot was processed at the Yaye washing station, operated in partnership with Faysel Abdosh and Catalyst Trade, who work with hundreds of smallholder farmers throughout the region to coordinate cherry collection, processing, and quality preparation.”
