“This washed Ethiopian coffee from Gerba Dogo Sodu showcases the bright florals, vibrant acidity, and layered complexity the Guji region is known for. Grown in Guji's highland forests where wild coffee varieties have existed for centuries, these coffees reflect a distinct terroir that earned the region its own designation in the early 2000s. The lot was produced by Shonora Coffee, a family-run company founded by siblings Adugna and Morkata Shonora in honor of their father, whose work in coffee began in the late 1980s. Today, the company partners with more than 150 smallholder farmers across Guji.”
