Highlights
“Abana Coffee Estate is a 300-hectare farm in the highlands of Limmu, Ethiopia, where dozens of families live and work on site; supporting that community is central to the estate's mission, alongside protecting the wildlife and natural habitat around it. This lot is named after Anderacha, one of the two rivers running through the farm. Anderacha natural lots go through an 18-24 hour cherry ferment before processing, which draws out the ripe fruit and rich sweetness the natural process is known for. The cultivar is heirloom, grown between 1,900 and 2,200 metres.”
