Highlights
“Audiel Moreno returns with a new lot from Santa Barbara, Honduras. Part of the renowned Moreno family who have shaped specialty coffee in the region since 1963, Audiel represents the next generation of thoughtful, quality-driven producers. This lot is 100% Pacas, a natural Bourbon mutation prized for sweetness, soft structure and expressive acidity. Cherries are selectively handpicked and transported by mule to his mother Juana's wet mill. After depulping, the coffee undergoes a 14–16 hour dry fermentation before being fully washed, sorted and dried slowly on raised beds and in a solar dryer. Audiel began farming at 12 and inherited his first plot at 16, building on his family's legacy with quiet determination.”
