“This lot was picked on 21 February 2026, on a rainy overcast day under a waxing crescent moon, which the farm writes down because they believe it matters. The fruit is pulped by hand and fermented for a day with wild yeast at cold temperatures, then given one day of sun on African beds before 25 days in a dark climate controlled room. Milling is by size, by density and by hand. Longboard Specialty Coffee was founded by Justin Boudeman, who passed away in August 2025; his stepdaughter Noemi Montenegro runs it now, and one kilo of this washed geisha found its way to Prague. Jasmine and lychee come first, nectarine settles in behind them, and a gentle black tea dryness holds the whole cup together.”
