“Camiseta is the Suárez family's farm in El Salto, the cool high ground above Boquete on the road up to the Volcán Barú. The family named this lot La Leyenda, the legend, for their father, who pioneered these farms with their mother and planted the estate's first Laurina trees 70 years ago; the seed is still that heirloom line. Picked on 27 December 2025 at 1780 masl, the cherries were floated and sorted by hand, sealed in tanks for 48 hours, then dried whole for 27 days in the shade on African beds before finishing with 8 hours in a static dryer at 39 °C.”
