“This is our first release from the new harvest at Kamavindi Estate, one of our favorite farms in Kenya. At the end of last year, we started working with them on a new slow drying indoor room, a dark room idea Jackie suggested to help the coffee dry more gently and keep more clarity, sweetness, and structure. This year, we visited Kamavindi again, checked the room, and continued the project together. This lot is even more special to us because it is SL34 Peaberry. We love peaberries for their concentrated sweetness and vibrant character, and this lot shows exactly why. It is juicy, structured, complex, and deeply expressive, a beautiful Kenya in the style we love most.”
