Grown at Gara Agena in Karamo, Sidama, it shows off that classic Ethiopian natural profile with floral aromatics, dried cherry, passion fruit, and a honey like sweetness developed through careful cherry selection and a slow 35 day drying process. For us, it's the kind of coffee that feels vibrant and expressive in the cup, fruity, soft, and incredibly enjoyable to drink.”
