“Bishan Wate is a privately owned washing station in Hambella, West Guji, owned by Testi Coffee — a family-run specialty producer founded by Faysel Abdosh Yonis. At around 2,000 masl, the station receives cherries from approximately 600 smallholder farmers at 1,900-2,050 MASL. Local landrace varieties are processed using an Improved Washed method that highlights clarity and aromatic character.”
